About Kyle Stratford
After a couple of years saying I’ll do it after being to the events, I finally signed up and put my money where my mouth is. I’ll be taking part in this years WCB on the 13th of May 2023.
When attending these events I’ve always thought it was fairly easy, although that was partly the drink talking. I can confirm that’s not the case… I’ll be doing this event not only for myself but for the people close to me, one being my gran (right hand side of the picture) who sadly passed away when I was about to move into Year 7, I know she would’ve been proud of me & also called me a few names under the sun along the way.
I’ve been able to raise over £5k for other charities through various events, however this one will be that bit more special as it’ll go towards Hospice which is close to my heart after they looked after my gran when she was diagnosed with Cancer and for end of life care as well as all the other individuals they have to do the same for.
If you want to donate anything towards this great charity and/or me getting punched around the ring for 6 minutes, please do so.
PS, I’m far from Tyson Fury… for now…

Jersey Hospice Care
Jersey Hospice Care is the island’s only hospice – providing specialist palliative care for people with life-limiting conditions. Services include the Specialist Palliative Care Team – who support people at home, in hospital, and in care homes, an In Patient Unit providing a home away from home, educational programmes, complementary therapy, emotional, spiritual and faith support, and community bereavement services. Jersey Hospice Care is an independent charity, providing all its services without a charge to patients. It costs £18,000 a day to run – funded mainly by the generosity of islanders. This comes in the form of donations, fundraising, and sales in our charity shops, as well as through the outstanding work of the dedicated volunteers who give their time and skills to keep Hospice running.
