Hello All,

I have signed up to the 2023 Island Walk and I am raising money for The Jersey Brain Tumour Charity.

Some of you may already know in April/May 2022 I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and underwent double brain surgery. Due to the location of my tumour it is not possible to remove but it was possible to have a shunt installed internally.

The Jersey Brain Tumour Charity have been there for me post op's and I would like to raise awareness and give something back to them.

Since the new year I have joined a local run club (Rock n Road Runners) too; help me lose weight, help with my mental health and prepare for the walk. I have added some photos in the banner of me preparing for the walk (also keep an eye out in the year as I am hoping to be doing a couple more charity events).
