Hey everyone
This year I’m running my 3rd London Marathon in support of Guernsey Mind. I was lucky enough to be selected at random for Guernsey Minds charity spot for 2026 which I’m very grateful for.
Guernsey Mind do fantastic work providing support and services for mental health and wellbeing.
I’m not ashamed to say that I experienced my own battle with mental health earlier this year, and was supported through mental health services which were invaluable in providing the care and support I and my family needed at a really difficult time.
Being an independent charity donations and fundraising provide vital funds to allow these services to continue being offered to islanders, I would be grateful for any donations, every little helps.
