A little over 6 years ago my dad, John Allaway, passed away after after living with COPD for a few years. He spent his last days in a hospice in Inverness and I will forever be grateful for the care he received there. The hospice staff, both volunteers and medical professionals, were inspirational. They looked after my whole family at this difficult time and made his last days so much more comfortable.
To help raise funds for Jersey Hospice Care myself, my daughter Freya, and her friend Eve Tierney will be walking 10km for the Moonlight Walk 2023 and we would greatly appreciate if you could donate a few pounds to this very worthwhile cause.
