On Saturday 29th July, together with my mum and four friends we are swimming 14miles to France from Jersey to raise money and awareness for Dementia Jersey.
Dementia is a life changing condition that can affect anyone, even as young as 30. It is incredibly hard to watch someone you love and care for lose their mental capacities and communication skills, I have witnessed it shatter lives and cause heartbreak for many. Your donation can help move forward to find a cure for the disease that causes this condition as well as providing support for those affected including their families and carers.
