My name is Emma, Mum of two boys and love swimming and running and just being outside. I’be Recently started running again and have set myself a challenge of running 7k a day over 7 days. As I walk my dog early morning and sometimes swim as well this means if I want to have a morning run I need to set off my 4.50am, so a real challenge! Looking forward to the week and seeing everyone else’s challenges.
