HMT is my therapy!

My personal 3 year battle with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer is now on the good side, it's ass has been kicked & the bell has been rung. I attempted the physical HMT11 ride last year, unfortunately I had

 to drop a few miles but the experience was something I will never forget & I will be back in 2025 to ride every mile! This year I will be completing the virtual challenge for the 2nd time, raising cash for 4 amazing charities. This group is incredible �
