Hi my name is Usha. 

I started running again in December 2022 after a long break due to injuries. 
 

I moved to Yorkshire in 2021 and running has helped me to make new friends , discover the outdoors and build resilience. 

Black Girls Do Run UK inspired and encouraged me to get back into running. In July 2023 I completed my first ever ultra marathon.
