About Sophie Pond
Hi my name is Sophie,
I am raising money for St Luke’s Hospice. This is a charity very close to my heart.
In 2018 my Granny Lorraine passed away from terminal lung cancer, St Luke’s were absolutely amazing and looked after her and my family during that time.
St Luke’s not only provided an incredible end of life care but also gave our family the most amazing support through such a heart breaking time.
The teams at St Luke’s hold a very special place in our hearts. ❤️
