Nunisa has chosen to raise funds for Dementia Jersey and is taking part in Dementia Jersey Abseil March 2024
I am honoured to be able to be a part of this even. I have seen first hand how Dementia affects a person and their family. I personally prefer my feet solidly on the ground so will definitely be a personal event from start to finish. I hope you will be able to sponsor me, and support all with Dementia ❤️
We are helping to make Jersey a more Dementia friendly island. We want all those people affected by Dementia, or living with the disease to be understood, welcomed and supported.
All funds raised from our abseil event will stay in Jersey to support islanders affected by dementia.
Dementia Jersey offers expert advice, support, and information to anyone affected by dementia in Jersey. We offer therapeutic activities through art, music & swimming, brain training & reorientation programmes, carer support groups and provide educational programmes to the community. Together our services help connect people and create a more dementia friendly island.
