About Phil Ashdown
As I approach retirement, I want to stay active and enjoy my cycling. Its also good to have a target to aim for. I am aiming to do a total of 200 miles, mainly cycling as well as some walking. Also I love Heavy Metal and the Donington Festival. Great to do something for charity.
