3k fun run around Plymouth’s historic waterfront
Date: Sunday 19th May 2024
Start Time: 10.30 am
Ahar, me hearties! Register for the Plymouth Pirate Fun Run during Pirates Weekend (18 & 19 May) in your best pirate outfit. Be part of the UK’s first pirate fun run in aid of bereavement support charity, Jeremiah’s Journey.
The Plymouth Pirate Fun Run will see hundreds of people dressed as pirates take to the city’s historic waterfront as they walk or run on the 3k route.
This is a Plymouth Waterfront Partnership (PWP) event, supported by Taurus Events and Plymouth City Council.
Pirate fancy dress welcome – the more pirates the better!
Route: Starting in Southside Street in the Barbican, the closed-road route leads to Madeira Road, up to Hoe Road and then finishing at Commercial Wharf.

Fundraising Information
This fundraising page benefits the following good cause:
Since 1996, we have been providing support to children, young people and their parents/carers when the future feels uncertain or when hope feels lost. Our work covers Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Supporting children who are facing the death of a parent or have experienced the death of someone significant, can be hugely beneficial. Children who feel more able to cope with their grief, often report that they have improved concentration at school and less difficulties in expressing and dealing with their emotions.
