Injuries have been a part of my life, whether through training for a sport or just going about my daily life, but the impact of such a relentlessly insidious condition is often lost on those of us fortunate enough to bounce back after injury. Mobility is freedom and autonomy, and to have that taken away is isolating and difficult to deal with.
Last year, I ran the Oxford Town and Gown so it only makes sense to do the Cambridge one this year!
