After retiring from Rugby, cycling was the obvious choice to help maintain fitness and activity levels and have consequently led to my taking part in this year’s ‘Cycle to MIPIM’ to raise money for Coram, the UK’s oldest and first children’s charity that has been supporting vulnerable children for over 275 years.
I have previously taken part in various Sportives, including the Exmore Beast, Salisbury Joker and Property Triathlon several times. Triathlons have also introduced me to open water swimming and I’m now taking part in the River Dart 10km this year for the fourth time.
When I am not cycling or swimming I am at Project Manager at TowerEight, focusing on hospitality, leisure and commercial.
Having finally found a bike big enough I am looking forward to the Cycle to MIPIM 2018.

Raising Funds For
Club Peloton
Club Peloton is a fundraising charity which uses cycling as its platform for challenge events, bringing together a love for the sport and the opportunity to raise money for great causes.
Our main grant recipient - receiving two thirds of all funds raised - is Coram, the UK’s oldest and first children’s charity that has been supporting vulnerable children for over 275 years. Their flagship service, Coram Adoption, is the most successful voluntary adoption agency in the UK., finding loving and secure homes for some of the most vulnerable and hard-to-place children in the country. They now help more than 1.25 million children and young people every year, and this would not be possible without the generosity of our riders
Club Peloton will be supporting Coram’s vital programmes, with a specific focus on Coram’s unrivalled and pioneering adoption service. For more information please visit: www.coram.org.uk.
