Here we are again, this is my third physical ride from London to the Download Festival, 175 miles in just over 2 days raising money for 4 incredible children's charities - Nordoff & Robins / Teenage Cancer Trust / NSPCC Childline / Save The Children.

As always I'm not going to make it easy, this year I'll be riding a Beach Cruiser !!! built for comfort not speed, but this is all for the kids.  Times are tough but every little penny helps these amazing charities, if you can spare a small (or large) amount of money it would mean so much for these charities and help me get up the hills on this beast of a machine !
