‘People say you lose someone twice when you lose them to dementia. You grieve them during the disease and again when they pass‘
I have taken part in this challenge previously, as my father died of this disease in 2017. Any money raised can hopefully work towards a cure or locally helping those families currently affected.
On a personal note the challenge will also help me with my fitness targets.
