With just a few days to go until Rainbow Run 2025, we’re getting everything ready for an incredible day of colour, community and celebration!
This event is powered by a small team of volunteers working hard behind the scenes.
To help keep things running smoothly on the day – and meet important health and safety requirements – we need your help with a few key things:
Runner Details – Please Check Yours!
Tickets are non-transferable unless the new runner’s details are fully updated
If you’ve passed on a ticket, the new participant must be properly registered and the medical disclaimer signed
Deadline for updates: Midnight, Wednesday 4th June
If details aren’t updated, the runner may not be able to take part
Please also be aware of scams – only buy/exchange tickets with someone you know and trust.
Race Pack Collection
All runners must check in on the day to collect their wristbands – even if you’ve already collected your pack.
No wristband = no run!
Collect your race pack & pre-ordered merch at school reception:
- Thursday 5th June – 3:00–4:00pm
- Friday 6th June – 3:00–4:00pm
- Sunday 8th June – 9:00–10:15am
What’s in your pack?
- Race number & safety pins
- Official event info brochure
- BBQ tokens (if pre-ordered)
- Any pre-ordered merch
