A lifelong heavy metal fan, and even longer cycling enthusiast, when I first heard of the Heavy Metal Truants in 2013, I leapt at the chance to combine two of my greatest passions into one incredible opportunity to raise some real money for some incredibly worthy causes.

In 2025, I am delighted to be returning once more to this incredible event, and once more push myself physically in order to help make a real difference in the lives of young people who need it most.
