Join us for our the Guernsey Mind Investec 10K Challenge on Sunday 31 August 2025. 

The 10K Challenge is open to everyone - whether you are moving from 5km to 10km, starting from scratch or aiming for a 10K personal best, we would love to see you at the event. If you want to train with a friend, you can run 5km each in a team of two and we are happy to welcome those who want to run, walk or a mixture of both.

All abilities are welcome. Entrants must be aged 16 years and over, unless accompanied.

New route We will be using a new route this year along the West Coast. We will be starting outside the Imperial Hotel and finishing at Grandes Rocques. The route will be fully marshalled and we will be sending further details about transport nearer the time.

We are also planning to use chipped timing this year.

Imagery We use photos from our events to showcase Guernsey Minds fundraising initiatives and promote awareness for the charity, these can be used our website, flyers and social media. We therefore ask that you notify a member of Guernsey Mind team if you’d prefer not to be in any photos.
