I am basically a sports and fitness enthusiast. I love swimming, running, lifting weights and playing basketball. I am taking part in this event because I fortunately won a slot in our company's International Team (Intertrust) by sending a video entry showing creativity and passion. 4 slots out of 40 offices in 29 countries were up for grabs.
It all started when I read an email about the said contest. Upon reading the email I said to myself... why not?! Why not me?! So I just went ahead and expressed my intent to join. My colleagues saw the passion in me to join, and they just gladly helped me out.The rest just fell into place.
I strongly believe that an individuals passion can go a long way. From a passion for sports to a passion of helping other people. We should share what we have and use this as much as we can to help others in need. We can inspire, be inspired and create awareness.
This event is a creative and passionate way to show support to the MND Association and Stephen Hawking Foundation.
I hope my simple story sparked a passion in you to help out a worthy cause. I will be swimming with passion, inspiration and a helpful heart.
