About Benjamin Gardner

Profile picture I was fortunate to take part in the 2015 Cycle to MAPIC, raising over £2500 for a group of amazing charities. Three years on, three years older and three years slower, I am so pleased to once again, help make a difference by supporting this fantastic event. Cycling is a passion of mine and some might say this is not a challenge, but believe me, riding over 700 km and climbing 6000 m in just 4 days is one hell of a test. For those that know, completing a 100 mile sportive is hard enough, now imagine doing that and more 4 days in a row, with the longest stage covering a huge 132 miles! Cycling in a peloton through France will be an incredible experience but more importantly we have set out to raise money for Coram - the UK’s first children’s charity, established as a refuge for abandoned children. The number of children in care is the highest it has been for years, meaning that Coram needs your support more than ever. Coram Adoption helps to find ‘forever families’ for the UK’s hardest to place children. Many of the children Coram place have complex emotional and physical needs. My aim is to raise over £2000 to help Coram continue it's wonderful work. “When it's hurting you, that's when you can make a difference" - Eddy Merckx If you want to help me make a difference you know what to do Chapeau!
