IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ
Timings: We are finalising timings of the event and will be in touch with participants with time slots closer to the time. In the meantime, please ensure you are available 9-1pm on the day you have chosen to do the abseil.
Refund policy: Please note that tickets are non-refundable, however, you are able to transfer a ticket to someone else should you find someone who would like to take your place. If for some reason you are unable to attend the abseil, please do let us know.
Training: Participants must complete the mandatory training session the day before to be able to participate in the main event abseil, regardless of whether you have abseiled before or not.
Any person’s behaviour which, in the opinion of the staff of Jersey Adventures, may cause injury or jeopardise the safety of other members of the group or staff of Jersey Adventures, may be excluded from further participation at the discretion of the supervising instructor.
Weather Conditions: Jersey Adventures and Dementia Jersey will monitor the weather in the days leading up to the event. Should the weather not be suitable for the activity, we will be in touch via the contact details you have provided when registering for the event.
Medical Conditions: In order to provide an enjoyable and safe activity for all, it is essential that we know of any medical conditions that may affect your participation or jeopardise the safety of other group members. If there are any conditions that we need to know about, please note these on your form.
Age restriction: Jersey Adventures have set the following age requirement for the abseil event: minimum age of 16 years and maximum age of 65. Please note this is out of the charity's control.
Harness size: Jersey Adventures have some restrictions due to the size of the harness - please get in touch if you would like to find out more about this.
