I am privileged to be taking part in this fantastic event to raise money for a truly worthwhile cause. Coram is the oldest Children's charity in the UK founded over 275 years ago, and continue to provide much needed help and support to the most vulnerable children through their flagship adoption service.
We will be riding 1500km from London to Cannes in a relay format over 6 days, it will be a gruelling endurance event with 5am starts and 10-12 hour days on the bike. I've been training hard throughout the winter weather to prepare to attempt my personal target of riding over 1200km of the total. It won't all be suffering, there will be some fun and you should know that I have paid the full costs of my expenses associated with the ride and that 100% of all donations will go the charitable cause and none on cake for me.
I would be immensely grateful for any support that you can give to Coram in sponsorship of my ride.Over six days cyclists will take part in a relay from London to the MIPIM property fair in Cannes. Each rider completes an average of two 60km stages each day, with a break of up to 4 hours between each stage. Riders will complete at least 720km over the 6 days.
This charity relay provides you with a fantastic challenge, excellent networking opportunities and a chance to change the lives of those most in need.
THE RIDE
