This will be my first cycle to MIPIM and I can't wait. Ever since I got roped into a charity bike ride to Ypres in 2014 cycling has taken over my life! I now spend most of my spare cash on new parts for the next bike build and am quickly running out of space. In 2016, with a few friends we decided to set up a cycling club (Dunmow Velo) with a target of 20 members by the end of the year.... it ended up with 156.
My most recent cycling adventure was last year, when we refurbished a 40-year old 6-man megatandem (aka the death trap) and rode from Essex to Leicestershire (sort of) and raised money for SNAP.
By day I run mixed-use development projects in London and the South East for First Base. First Base is a mixed-use developer with a strong focus on design and placemaking.
