Alongside my work as a television presenter, I’ve taken up running as a personal challenge. I’m proud to be running the Longest Day 10km in Chippenham in support of Dorothy House Hospice Care, who provide outstanding care to patients and families across the region. Any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated.

Dorothy House

At Dorothy House, we provide exceptional personalised care to people in our community who are approaching death. That means we’ve got you: we’re here for our patients and their loved ones, as much or as little as they need us.

We believe every life is incredibly precious, and no-one should face death alone.

Our standard of care reaches deep into our community. Through ten locally-focused Dorothy House care teams, we help people prepare for the end of their lives and equip more people to provide the care each of us deserves.

Wednesday 24th June 2026, starting at 19:30. Back once again on the i-Compete calendar, the Chippenham Longest Day 10k, one of the biggest and best 10k's in the South West #SambatotheStart

• Live music from 20:30 to 22:00 from the incredible Henry Ray

• Distance markers every km

• Closed roads start and finish
