At the end of August, I’ll be taking on a cycling challenge in France with Le Cure to raise funds for an incredible cause. My main motivation comes from my dad, who always reminded us how quickly things can change, urging us never to wait around for “the right time” to do the things we've always wanted to do. Taking on these mountains is my way of taking his words to heart and giving back at the same time. Thank you so much for helping me support this cause!

As you probably know, if you've got this far, Le Cure de France is a charity cycling event established in 2014 to raise money for breast cancer research at the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. So far we have raised over £3.8 million to fund our 8 Le Cure Research Fellowships (and counting), but have much more work to do to help cure cancer.
The route for 2026 includes the formidable Cime de la Bonette (the highest paved road in the Alps), the Col de l'Iseran (the highest mountain pass) and the might Col d'Izoard - fondly remembered from our first ever Le Cure.
