Pain Support Jersey
PSJ is a local charity, run by and for people living with persistent pain. Pain can affect anyone. It doesn’t just affect the body. It can change how people feel, how they relate to others and take part in everyday life. That’s why we support people emotionally, socially and physically. We offer support, friendship and encouragement through exercise, activities, social events and talks. “It’s like being part of a family that truly understands.” Since 2009, we’ve grown from 6 to over 330 members. With your help, we can support even more islanders to Live Well with Persistent Pain.

About Canaccord Wealth Jersey Half Marathon 2026
The Canaccord Wealth Jersey Half Marathon is a scenic road race which is now in its 37th year. The route takes in the stunning West coast line of Jersey and whilst mainly flat there are a couple of surprises, with a sting in the tail at mile 11!
