Neil: Rise is a much needed charity and offers crucial help and support. As such I don the 1st century Roman armour and waddle along for the 5km. Let's hope it doesn't rain, otherwise I'll be a rustbucket! I'll be tweeting about it on the day (@ancientblogger). I did it last year and posted the results of how it felt and how much energy I burnt on my blog (ancientblogger.com). I'll probably need the next day off, if you see me shuffle past feel free to throw a 'Life of Brian' quote, although I cannot, or will not "release Roger".
