Gower Surise Walk of Hope
This special event raises awareness and support for Guernsey Mind’s vital work in suicide prevention and care.
Sunday 21st June 2026
Starting 4am at Vale Castle
Walk at your own pace as the sun rises over the East Coast, finishing at the Bathing Pools. We’ll set off just before sunrise, to make the most of the early morning views and share a reflective and meaningful start to the day.
Entry: £10 includes refreshments at the end.

Team entries
We have set up a ticket option to enter a team of six and make one paymest for all team members. Please select this option when you select your ticket - you will then be prompted to add the details for each team member.
If you want to enter a team with fewer or more than six, please contact amanda.hibbs@guernseymind.org.gg.
You can also enter individually but choose to be part of a group with other entrants.
T-shirts now available
PrintMyTees are producing t-shirts for the event if you want one. These are white t-shirts with an orange Sunrise Walk of Hope logo on the front and are £14 each. You can order them directly from PrintMyTees here. These can be customised with a name or company logo - please ask at time of ordering.
Fluorescent branded tabards will also be available to borrow at the start of the event.
