Meadow House Hospice provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people living with life-limiting illnesses, offering compassionate, skilled support to both patients and their loved ones during the most difficult times.
My family have experienced first-hand just how incredible Meadow House is. The hospice cared for my stepdad 18 years ago, and will also be supporting my mum.
To show my gratitude and help support the amazing work they do every day, I will be running the Ealing Half Marathon this September in aid of Meadow House Hospice.
As someone who has no running experience, this will be a real challenge for me. However, with plenty of training, determination, and the encouragement of those around me, I’m looking forward to pushing myself to raise as much money as possible for a cause that means so much to me and my family (and a drink at the finish line!).
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Meadow House continue providing vital care and support to families like ours when they need it most.
