I was never into P.E at school and mostly more enjoy zooming around on a bike or a horse in general... but in the last few years I've also become a reluctant runner/jogger via the NHS couch to 5k programme.
Now I'm doing my very first 10k in aid of RISE, a brilliant Sussex-based charity that supports people affected by domestic abuse and violence.
They run a helpline and drop-ins for people seeking advice as well as crisis accommodation for women and children escaping domestic abuse.
I realise there are so many worthy causes and fundraising drives that go round but I'd really appreciate anything you can donate towards the important work done by RISE.This fundraising page benefits the following good cause:
