Myself and my colleague James Gray are cycling to Paris with our friends at Howard de Walden Estates to raise money for West London Mission - a local charitable organisation in Marylebone.

AlexOver three days and 330km cyclists will ride from The Howard de Walden Estate in the heart of London to the Tour Eiffel in the centre of Paris.
This charity ride provides you with a fantastic challenge, excellent networking opportunities and a chance to change the lives of those most in need.
THE RIDE
