The Big Bake is the 'ultimate afternoon tea' cooking competition, raising funds for Jersey Cheshire Home.
Under the leadership of ten of Jersey’s best local chefs, ten teams will go head-to-head and compete to create and bake the best afternoon tea. You will be taught the skills you need to deliver a creative and technically challenging showstopper that will wow the judges and guests.
The main event in October will be hosted by celebrity chef Brian Turner and one of the world’s most renowned pastry chefs, Claire Clark, will judge the final presentations.
This is the perfect team building challenge that, with your help, will raise lots of money for charity and give your organisation some great exposure.
