I am thrilled to be embarking on this gruelling challenge again, this time cycling 520km from Le Puy to Cannes, for UK children's charity, Coram.
Last year's Cycle to Mapic was one of the toughest but best experiences and for such a great cause. Having learnt more about the charity, I am so pleased to be able to support them again this this year.
Coram has protected childhoods since 1739. Today they provide a unique safety net for children and young people who are frequently ignored or marginalised by those responsible for their care. Coram is responding to the exploitation, hardship, abandonment and growing social care crisis blighting young lives. They address the challenges by developing and delivering services to create a lifetime of difference for 1.4m vulnerable children, young people and families each year.
This year's route looks particularly tough and so any support would be much appreciated to get me up those hills!
