Alex has played tennis since a young age but with 3 year old twins the fitness levels and lack of sleep has certainly taken its toll. Still playing the odd club match in South West London - a particular highlight playing against Jeremy Bates in the Surrey League.
The MIPIM Tennis Classic is a competitive doubles tennis charity tournament.
Now in its sixth year, the amateur tournament will again take place during MIPIM, the world’s premier real estate expo, on the morning of Wednesday 11 March 2020 from 9am to 12.30pm at the famous Cannes Tennis Club, situated behind the Hotel Martinez.
About the Tournament
Open to male and female tennis players of all abilities working in the property industry who enjoy competitive tennis and want to share their passion for the sport and at the same time raise money for our charities.
Doubles teams will compete in four groups, with every team playing against one another in timed matches, ensuring plenty of tennis for all competitors. The first placed pairing in each group will progress to the semi-finals and on to compete for the Make a Racket Shield.
