Harrie and I, for some unknown reason, have decided to sacrifice our busy Valentine’s Day plans and spend it hitchhiking our way to Amsterdam in aid of charity. With potentially disastrous results, and extremely high expectations, we are aiming to make it to ‘Dam in under 48 hours. With no money and sole dependence on the goodwill of the general public, let’s hope our joint effort will pay off.
All puns aside, we are raising money for Alzheimer’s Society and have a target of £500. Alzheimer’s is a form of dementia which affects over 40,000 people in the UK and having family relations that have had to deal with the disease, this charity means a lot to me. Any donations, big or small would be greatly appreciated.
