I'm spectacularly unfit, only gave up smoking at the end of last year [20+ a day] and my bike doesn't have gears.
So please be especially generous in raising money for these excellent charities, and in return I will make my body weep by cycling more over the twelve days more than I have in the rest of my life combined [probably.]
