Not many people reading this will know that I struggle with my Mental health but I had a break down about 6 years ago and towards the end of 2019 it raised it's ugly head again,and since then I've been battling it with running playing a big part in controlling it so when I saw this challenge I thought it might keep me focused and be beneficial to my health plus raising money for two good charities.This fundraising page benefits the following good cause:
