HEROES ASSEMBLE FOR THE WEEKEND OF 22nd- 23rd MAY 2021

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we have made the decision for the safety of our participants that the 2021 Heroes Run will be held virtually. Run or walk your 5K anytime between Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd May)- you could even complete the distance in instalments, so the entire family bubble can join in. So, could you be a hero and run for RISE?

Since lockdown, calls to our helpline have increased two to three times the amount of calls to our helpline than we were before, and this amount has not decreased significantly since. A fundraising target of £50 would therefore make a huge difference to us in allowing us to meet the high demand for our services, but we are of course grateful for every penny.
