For the last 6 years I have been part of an amazing group of individuals – the Heavy Metal Truants, cycling hundreds of miles in aid of 4 fantastic children's charities; Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust, Childline, and Save the Children. With the pandemic still hampering proceedings, we have gone virtual again this year, so I will be pounding out the miles on my bike in the lounge on a turbo trainer.
