I first took part in a Truants fundraiser in 2021, Nine Lives - Virtual Challenge. A throwaway comment to Carol and Paul who called me on it - thanks guys! During lockdown our target was to cycle the distance of the 'normal' cycle ride to Download festival at Donnington Park - 175 miles.
And in 2022 I'm going to do it again and hopefully cycle further than the 262 miles I managed in 2021. And that means I would also like to raise more for the excellent charities supported by The Heavy Metal Truants.
