“I’m taking on the Mont Orgueil Castle challenge abseil for Headway Jersey, The Brain Injury Charity because I wanted to challenge myself and show my son that I can do this even though I am absolutely terrified, all while raising funds for a great local charity.
The charity helps those who have suffered a brain injury, including Stroke, Brain Tumour, Aneurysm and accidents amongst many other causes.
This is their 25th anniversary and each year it costs £350,000 per annum to provide their services such as neuro-physiotherapy, cognitive therapy, exercise and swimming therapy, arts and crafts therapy and the focus groups within the members centre.
The charity receives very little support from the Government, so your donations really make a difference to being able to continue to provide their life changing services. Thank you.”
