In September 2020 I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. After the initial shock I'm learning to live with it, but can't imagine what it's like for children being struck down by cancer and other illnesses or how their families cope. I used to coach youth football and now as a driving instructor am giving young people skills for life. Life isn't always smooth though and not all young people are so fortunate, whether it be illness or as we've sadly seen in Ukraine, the effects of war. By taking part I hope I can contribute to saving lives and easing the pain some children have to suffer.
