A few years ago, Rou and I were invited to take a trip down to the Nordoff Robbins HQ in London. What we saw there was so inspiring that from that day forth we decided we would do whatever we could to help out.
When they asked if I wanted to cycle to Download Festival with Heavy Metal Truants I, naturally, jumped at the chance, so I'm happy to say I will be taking part in the three-day ride from London to Download Festival.
