£630.00 Raised

About Lindsay Todd

Hi - I'm organising and taking part in this 25 mile bike ride around Surrey and Box Hill to help raise money for Ukraine Crisis Appeal. Any donation you can make to support is very much appreciated!

Fundraising Information

This fundraising page benefits the following good cause:

The British Red Cross Society - Ukraine Crisis Appeal

So far, Red Cross teams in Ukraine have helped more than 750,000 people since the conflict began. This includes distributing 400 tonnes of vital aid, including food, blankets, hygiene parcels and warm clothes.

First aid training has also been delivered to over 42,000 people so they have the skills to treat their loved ones if needed.

They've also been providing psychosocial support, and helping people regain contact with their loved ones if they've been separated.

Red Cross teams in bordering countries are offering medical care and providing food, aid and shelter to people arriving from Ukraine.

As the security situation allows, the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) will continue to respond to existing and emerging humanitarian needs. The Red Cross has supported people affected by this conflict for years and this will not stop now.

Race Nation provides online registration and fundraising for mass participation events, helping to raise vital sums of money for many good causes. As a contribution towards our administrative and transaction costs of operating our services, we charge a small fee on the registration payment (which is paid by the event organiser). If you choose to make an additional donation to the charities we will charge a small fee of up to 3.5% of the donation (which includes card processing charges). We do not charge a fee on any Gift Aid claimed. This means that if you made a donation of £10 with Gift Aid (worth £2.50), the charity would receive a minimum of £12.15.
