About Gregor Smith

I’m riding 1000 miles between 30th May and 31st July 2022 for The Truants Foundation and the wonderful children’s charities they support; Teenage Cancer Trust, Save the Children, ISPCC Childline, Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy.

For the last 40 years music and exercise have been my crutch when times have felt hard. Now, I’m using these passions to support The Heavy Metal Truants and to make sure these charities can provide help to children when they really need it.
