'Ello! I'm Jen (aka The Red Kitten, also aka 'Joan' from Six the Musical UK Tour!)
This is my 4th time taking part in the Heavy Metal Truants and I'm so thrilled to be bringing 2 of the Queens from Six with me for the ride!
Every year I'm inspired by the incredible efforts made by the Truants. Completing the 175mile cycle to Download in 3 days is no easy task (especially if you're faced with the inevitable 'Download weather' - it's hot, it's cold, it's raining, it's hot, it's cold, it's raining...) and those cycling remotely wrack up hundreds more miles than they need to! I'm just happy to play a small part in it all :)
This year will be particularly tough as all 3 of us will be competing with the strains of tour life. The UK Tour performs 8-9 times per week and we will be moving to 2 different cities across the 10 days.
Week 1 - Eastbourne Congress Theatre 8 shows
Week 2 - Southampton Mayflower Theatre 8 shows

Between the 3 of us we will be aiming to raise £3000 and are IMMENSELY GRATEFUL for any money you can spare to support these 4 amazing charities and keep us on our bikes.
