This is a cause close to my heart for many reasons, I didn't have the privilege to meet Kezia but I do know that Young People everywhere deserve the opportunity to seek the support they need to navigate the world they live in now. 

Those of you who know me well will understand that this 5k is also a huge personal challenge. I'm not a runner, I've never been a runner, 2 years ago I wouldn't have thought I would sign up to this yet here I am...
