I have completed the Island walk many years ago (when a lot younger) & am doing it again not only to help raise funds for good causes but to test myself both physical and mentally, so I would appreciate it if you could sponsor me please.

Each year the trustees choose 3 main charities and an average about 6 more known as Potters who receive lesser amounts than the mains. The distribution is for projects and the mains are normally 1 each of elderly/health, Children/sport and environment/animals.
