"It's one louder, isn't it?"
I'm back for my 4th year of riding and raising money for some great charities in the name of Heavy Metal with Heavy Metal Truants. I'm aming to cycle at least the Bomber distance of 333 miles, between May 28th and June 9th this year, and maybe squeeze in some running miles if I have the time and energy. I really appreciate all the generous backing I've received on previous years. Any donation amount large or small is one again very gratefully accepted, as these are great causes which still need all the help you can offer.
